This website is operated by FOAMERA, a brand of TURKEX LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the policies referenced herein. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

2. Products & Custom Orders

Most of our products are custom-made to the measurements you provide. We make every effort to display colors accurately but cannot guarantee your screen's color accuracy — order free swatches if exact color matters. Because items are produced to order, custom products are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation once production has begun. Please see our Refund Policy.

3. International Orders

You are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by your local government upon delivery. We are not liable for these charges or any resulting delays.

4. Pricing & Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without liability to you or any third party.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
