Rinse & air dryMost spills lift with plain lukewarm water and a soft white cloth; blot from the outside in.
Water-cleanVacuum weekly with a brush head; cool delicate cycle, reshape while damp and lay flat to dry.
Delicate cycleBrush the pile in one direction; blot spills only - never rub or scrub.
Spot-clean onlyWipe with a barely damp cloth and pH-neutral soap, then buff dry with a microfibre.
Damp wipe onlyVacuum gently on low suction; trim snags with scissors, never pull the loop.
