Ten minutes with a tape measure
We cut to exactly the numbers you send us — nothing is deducted, nothing rounded up. So they are worth taking slowly.

Measure the seat, not the old pad
Old foam compresses and shrinks, often by a centimetre or two. Measure the chair seat itself — the frame, not the flattened pad resting on it.

Read it at front and back, write the smaller
Few seats are a perfect square. Measure the width at the front and again at the back, then write down the smaller of the two so the cushion sits flush.

A rounded front, a keyhole back, cut-outs for the chair posts — send a photo and we'll tell you exactly which measurements we need from you.

Cheap cushions are filled with shredded or re-bonded offcuts: firm in week one, sagging by month six. Yours is cut from a single high-density block.
Density is how long it lasts. Firmness is how it feels. We publish ours; most sellers don't.

What does the 14-day fit guarantee cover?+
It covers our side of the job. We cut to the measurements on your order exactly — nothing is deducted or rounded — and every order is checked by hand before the foam is cut. If what arrives doesn't match those numbers, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we cut you a new one, free. The window starts the day it reaches your door, not the day you order. If the chair seat itself was measured wrong, that isn't covered — but send a photo before you order and we'll help you get the numbers right.
How thick should a chair cushion be?+
2 inches of high-density foam suits most dining and kitchen chairs, 3 inches for a seat you sit in for hours, and thicker still for rockers or accent chairs where you want a deeper sink. You set the exact thickness when you configure.
How long does it take to arrive?+
Everything is made to order. Your lead time is shown before you pay, not after, and the tracking link arrives the moment it leaves the workshop.
Can I order the cover only, or just the foam?+
Yes — full cushion, cover only, or bare foam cut to size, through the same configurator and the same checkout. If the seat sags but the cover is still good, foam-only is usually all you need.
Can you add ties to hold the cushion on the chair?+
Yes. Ties keep the cushion from sliding off the seat — you choose their position when you configure, so they sit around the back posts of your chair. Covers unzip too: indoor cloths sponge clean, outdoor cloths take a soft brush with mild soapy water and air drying. Care instructions for your specific fabric come in the box.
