Every cushion we make is cut to the numbers you give us — exactly, nothing deducted — and a real person checks every order by hand before the foam is cut. If what arrives doesn't match the numbers on your order, we cut you a new one, free.
How it works
- Enter your measurements. We cut to the numbers you give us. Exactly. Nothing is deducted.
- We check them by hand before cutting. Our quality team reviews every order before the foam is cut.
- At your door in about 9 days. Made to order in our own atelier, shipped free worldwide.
- If it doesn't match your order, we make it right. Send a photo and the measurement within 14 days of delivery — if what arrived doesn't match the numbers on your order, we remake it free.
What if I measured wrong?
The guarantee covers our side of the job — cutting to the numbers on your order. If the bench, seat or space itself was measured wrong, that isn't covered. But send us a photo and your measurements before you order and we'll help you get the numbers right the first time.
