Free Worldwide Express Shipping

We offer free express shipping worldwide. Your order is fully insured from our atelier to your door, shipped via leading carriers — DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Production Time

Each cushion is made to order. Production takes 6–8 business days from order confirmation; complex shapes or premium fabrics may take 10–12 business days. The transit estimates below begin after your order has been produced and handed to the carrier.

Estimated Transit Times (after dispatch)

• USA & Canada: 4–5 business days
• Europe & UK: 3–4 business days
• Middle East & Gulf: 4–5 business days
• Rest of the World: 5–7 business days

Estimates may vary with customs and local courier conditions.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Depending on your country's regulations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility. If a shipment is refused and returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, any return and original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
