We cut to exactly the numbers you send us — nothing is deducted, nothing rounded up. So they are worth taking slowly.

Measure the spot it will fill A floor cushion isn't fitted to a frame — it sits where you put it. Measure the space you want it to fill: the reading nook, the corner, the stretch of wall it leans against.

Pick a thickness for how you'll sit Thickness sets the feel: 4 inches for a low lounge pad, 5–6 for a proper raised seat, a slimmer 3 for a meditation or yoga cushion. Write down the one you want.

One solid block never glued scraps

Cheap cushions are filled with shredded or re-bonded offcuts: firm in week one, sagging by month six. Yours is cut from a single high-density block.

Density is how long it lasts. Firmness is how it feels. We publish ours; most sellers don't.

Foam & cover The complete cushion: 32 kg/m³ core, sewn cover, zip. Pick this if you're starting from nothing or the old pad has gone flat.

Keep your foam Your existing pad is still firm but the fabric is tired or stained. We sew a new cover to the foam you already have.

Keep your cover The cover is fine, the seat has collapsed. We cut bare foam to size and you slip your own cover back on.

Questions people actually ask

What does the 14-day fit guarantee cover?+

It covers our side of the job. We cut to the measurements on your order exactly — nothing is deducted or rounded — and every order is checked by hand before the foam is cut. If what arrives doesn't match those numbers, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we cut you a new one, free. The window starts the day it reaches your door, not the day you order. If the space itself was measured wrong, that isn't covered — but send a photo before you order and we'll help you get the numbers right.

How thick should a floor cushion be?+

4 inches of high-density foam for a low lounge or reading-nook pad, 5–6 inches for a proper raised seat you get up from easily, and a slimmer 3 inches for a meditation or yoga cushion. You set the exact thickness when you configure.

How long does it take to arrive?+

Everything is made to order. Your lead time is shown before you pay, not after, and the tracking link arrives the moment it leaves the workshop.

Can I order the cover only, or just the foam?+

Yes — full cushion, cover only, or bare foam cut to size, through the same configurator and the same checkout. If the seat sags but the cover is still good, foam-only is usually all you need.

How do I clean it?+

Covers unzip. Indoor cloths sponge clean; outdoor cloths take a soft brush with mild soapy water and air drying. Care instructions for your specific fabric come in the box.
