Are swatches really free? What's the catch?
Genuinely free. We send up to 6 fabric swatches in a protective envelope, on us. We cover the postage worldwide. We trust that once you feel real fabric, you'll order the cushion you actually want — not the one you guessed at on a screen.
How fast do swatches arrive?
UK & EU: 3–5 working days. US & worldwide: 5–9 working days. We post within 24 hours of ordering. You'll get an email with tracking.
How big is each swatch?
Each swatch is approximately 4 × 4 inches (10 × 10 cm) — large enough to feel weight, weave and texture, and to hold against your sofa, bench or chair to check the colour against your light.
What kinds of fabric can I sample?
Our entire library — 1,000+ options. Performance outdoor weaves (the kind used in marine and patio cushions), Aquaclean stain-proof indoor, premium Italian linen, velvet, bouclé, and our small "library" series of designer collaborations.
Do I need an account or credit card?
No card. We just need your email and shipping address. We never charge or auto-enrol you into anything. Order and forget — your swatches will arrive.
Can I order more than once?
Yes — you're welcome to. Most customers order one round, settle on a fabric, and order their cushion. Some come back to compare in seasonal light. Either is fine.
