Accessibility

We want every part of foamera.com to be usable, including by people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion.

What we aim for

We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our working target. We have not completed an independent audit, so we do not claim conformance — we are telling you what we are aiming at and where we know we fall short.

Known gaps

  • The main navigation menu opens with JavaScript. Without it, the category links cannot be reached from the header.
  • The cushion configurator is a multi-step form with a live 3D preview. The measurement fields, fill and fabric choices are all reachable by keyboard and labelled for screen readers, but the 3D preview itself is decorative and conveys no information that is not also written out in the order summary.
  • Some fabric swatch photographs are described only by the fabric's name, not by its colour or texture.

If something blocks you

Tell us and we will fix it, and in the meantime we will take your order the way that suits you. Email hello@foamera.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 307 295 1410 with what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We read every message and reply from the studio.

We can also take measurements, fabric choices and the whole order over email or WhatsApp if the configurator is difficult for you to use.
