Can you make one cushion for an L-shaped or U-shaped nook?
Yes. We build straight, L-shaped and U-shaped nook cushions to your exact corner run. Most people order one panel per bench section so the seats sit flush at the corner and are easy to lift for cleaning.
How thick should a breakfast nook cushion be?
For an upright dining posture at a table, 2–3″ (5–8 cm) of high-density foam is ideal — firm enough to support long meals without going flat, and not so thick you sit too high for the tabletop. You set the exact thickness when you customize.
How do I measure so the corner fit is right?
Measure the length and depth of each bench section, rounding to the nearest cm or ¼ inch, and note where the seats meet. Every panel is cut to ±1 cm. If your corner is slightly angled — common in fitted kitchens — send a photo on WhatsApp and we confirm the shape before we make it.
Which fabric is easiest to keep clean around food?
A tight, wipeable easy-clean weave resists staining from everyday coffee, juice and crumbs. Order free swatches to feel the texture and match your cabinets and worktop before deciding.
