Ten minutes with a tape measure
We cut and sew to exactly the numbers you send us — nothing is deducted, nothing rounded up. So they are worth taking slowly.

Measure the insert, not the tired cover
Old covers stretch and sag with use. Lay the insert flat and measure it edge to edge — width and height — so the new cover sits plump, not baggy.

Read it at both edges, write the smaller
Few inserts are perfectly square. Measure across the top and again across the bottom, then write down the smaller of the two so the cover fills out without gaping.

Cheap cushions are filled with shredded or re-bonded offcuts: firm in week one, sagging by month six. Yours is cut from a single high-density block.
Density is how long it lasts. Firmness is how it feels. We publish ours; most sellers don't.

What does the 14-day fit guarantee cover?+
It covers our side of the job. We cut and sew to the measurements on your order exactly — nothing is deducted or rounded — and every order is checked by hand before the cover is sewn. If what arrives doesn't match those numbers, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we make you a new one, free. The window starts the day it reaches your door, not the day you order. If the pillow was measured wrong, that isn't covered — but send a photo before you order and we'll help you get the numbers right.
What size should my throw pillow be?+
18–20 inches square is the everyday sofa scatter, 22–24 inches reads generous on a deep seat, and a 12 × 20 inch lumbar supports your lower back in an armchair. You set the exact width, height and depth when you configure.
How long does it take to arrive?+
Everything is made to order. Your lead time is shown before you pay, not after, and the tracking link arrives the moment it leaves the workshop.
Can I order just the cover, or the cover and insert together?+
Yes — a complete pillow with insert, or a cover only, through the same configurator and the same checkout. If your existing insert is still plump but the fabric is tired, a new cover on its own is usually all you need.
How do I clean it?+
Covers unzip. Indoor cloths sponge clean; outdoor cloths take a soft brush with mild soapy water and air drying. Care instructions for your specific fabric come in the box.
