How long do custom cushions take?
Every Foamera cushion is made to order after you place your order, so the total time is the production time plus the delivery time.
What happens after you order?

Step 1
You configure the cushion on its product page
Choose the shape, enter the width, depth and thickness, and pick the fill, the fabric and any extras. The configurator shows the price as you choose. Sizes can be entered in inches or centimetres on each product page. The measuring guide explains how to take the three numbers.

Step 2
A person checks your order before cutting
Before the foam is cut, a member of the team checks the measurements and options on your order and contacts you if something looks wrong.

Your cushion is made in the workshop
The foam is cut and the cover is sewn to the measurements on your order.

It ships with a tracking number
When your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. The order tracking page links to the carrier's tracking site.

It arrives, and the fit guarantee window starts
The fit guarantee window is 14 days from delivery. The fit guarantee page explains what it covers.

Can I see a fabric before ordering?
Yes. Order fabric swatches from the swatch page to check the colour and texture at home before you order the cushion.
How is the price worked out?
The price depends on the size, the foam or fill, the fabric and any extras, and the configurator shows it on screen as you choose. The custom cushion cost guide explains what moves the price.
Can someone check my measurements before I order?
Yes. Before you order, send your measurements and a photo of the seat through the contact page, and Foamera will help you get the numbers right.
