An atelier specialist hand-checks your order

Before anything is cut, a real person reviews every measurement and selection. If something looks off — a swapped width and depth, an unusual thickness — we contact you first. You can change any detail free within 24 hours, and your specs stay on file for easy reorders.

Cut and sewn by hand in our atelier

Your fabric is cut to your numbers and sewn by the same small team that has made tens of thousands of cushions. High-density foam cores, double-stitched seams and YKK zippers as standard — built for daily use, not display.

Final quality check

Every cushion is measured again against your order, inspected seam by seam, then packed to travel safely across the world. Nothing ships until it matches what you designed.

What if I measure something wrong?
That's exactly why a specialist hand-checks every order before cutting. If anything looks unusual we contact you first — and you can change any detail free within 24 hours of ordering.
How long does it really take?
Most orders are made, shipped and delivered within 12 days. Production usually takes up to a week; express shipping covers the rest. You'll see your personal delivery date before you order.
Can I see a fabric before ordering?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp for a daylight video of any fabric, or order free swatches so you can feel the texture and check the colour at home.
Do custom cushions cost more for odd sizes?
Pricing is based on the material your size actually needs — made to measure means you only pay for the volume of your cushion, not a surcharge for being custom.
What does the 14-day fit guarantee cover?
If your cushion doesn't fit the space you measured for, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a remake or adjustment until it's right.
