Our Promise

At FOAMERA, every cushion is custom-made to your exact measurements by our atelier, and your order is insured from our workshop to your door. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 14-Day Perfect-Fit Guarantee.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we take full responsibility. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will remake or replace the item as quickly as possible — at no cost to you and with no return-shipping fees on your side.

14-Day Perfect-Fit Guarantee

Because each cushion is made to the measurements you provide, please measure carefully (see our How to Measure guide). If, within 14 days of delivery, your cushion does not fit as expected due to an error on our side, we will re-stitch, re-size, or remake it free of charge. If the measurements supplied were incorrect, we will still do our best to help and may offer a remake at a reduced cost.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

As each cushion is produced specifically for you, custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded for change-of-mind reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Non-custom, ready-to-ship products (such as stock throw pillows) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us before shipping anything back.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected (within 2 business days), we process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Custom or made-to-order items returned for change-of-mind
  • Items damaged through misuse, staining, or wear
  • Requests made after the 14-day window
  • Items returned without their original packaging
