Ten minutes with a tape measure
We sew to exactly the numbers you send us — nothing is deducted, nothing rounded up. So they are worth taking slowly.

Measure the foam, not the old cover
A seat pad, a window-seat insert, a bench cushion, a bolster — measure the foam or insert itself. Old covers stretch and shrink, so the pad inside is the honest number.

Read it at both ends, write the smaller
Foam rarely stays perfectly square. Measure the width at the back and again at the front, then write down the smaller of the two so the new cover still sits snug.

A curved window seat, an L-shaped sofa pad, a kidney bolster — send a photo and we'll tell you exactly which measurements we need from you.

Cheap cushions are filled with shredded or re-bonded offcuts: firm in week one, sagging by month six. Yours is cut from a single high-density block.
Density is how long it lasts. Firmness is how it feels. We publish ours; most sellers don't.

The complete cushion: 32 kg/m³ core, sewn cover, zip. Pick this if you're starting from nothing or the old pad has gone flat.

Your existing pad is still firm but the fabric is tired or stained. We sew a new cover to the foam you already have.

Keep your cover
The cover is fine, the seat has collapsed. We cut bare foam to size and you slip your own cover back on.

Before you order
Questions people actually ask
What does the 14-day fit guarantee cover?+
It covers our side of the job. We make the cover to the measurements on your order exactly — nothing is deducted or rounded — and every order is checked by hand before it's cut. If what arrives doesn't match those numbers, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we make you a new one, free. The window starts the day it reaches your door, not the day you order. If the insert was measured wrong, that isn't covered — but send a photo before you order and we'll help you get the numbers right.
Do the covers come with foam, or is it cover-only?+
You choose. Cover-only is sewn to fit foam or an insert you already own; or add a new 32 kg/m³ foam core and we make the cover to match. Pick whichever you need as you configure — same builder, same checkout.
Should I measure the insert or the old cover?+
Always the foam or insert itself — old covers stretch and shrink over time. Give us width, length and thickness and we cut a snug cover to fit. Not sure of a number? Send a photo before you order and we'll confirm it.
How long does it take to arrive?+
Everything is made to order. Your lead time is shown before you pay, not after, and the tracking link arrives the moment it leaves the workshop.
Can I add a zip, and how do I clean it?+
Yes — add a zip as you configure so the cover slips off to wash or swap by season, with piping or a contrast welt if you want a tailored finish. Most fabrics sponge clean; care instructions for your specific fabric come in the box.
