Ten minutes with a tape measure
We cut to exactly the numbers you send us — nothing is deducted, nothing rounded up. So they are worth taking slowly.

Measure the straight edge
Run the tape along the flat side, end to end — that's the diameter of the half-round. It sets how wide the cushion sits on your bench, hearth or bay window.

Then the depth to the curve
From the middle of the straight edge, measure straight out to the furthest point of the curve. On a shallower D-shape that's less than half the width — write down exactly what you get.

A bay-window front, a rounded step, a hearth that isn't a clean semi circle — send a photo and we'll template the exact curve before we cut.

Cheap cushions are filled with shredded or re-bonded offcuts: firm in week one, sagging by month six. Yours is cut from a single high-density block.
Density is how long it lasts. Firmness is how it feels. We publish ours; most sellers don't.

Questions people actually ask
What does the 14-day fit guarantee cover?+
It covers our side of the job. We cut the foam to the measurements on your order exactly — nothing is deducted or rounded — and every order is checked by hand before it's cut. If what arrives doesn't match those numbers, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we cut you a new one, free. The window starts the day it reaches your door, not the day you order. If the seat was measured wrong, that isn't covered — but send a photo or your numbers before you order and we'll help you get the curve right.
How thick should a semi circle seat cushion be?+
For a bench or rounded step seat, 2–3″ of high-density foam is firm and comfortable; a decorative hearth or bay-window pad can be slimmer at 1–2″. You set the exact thickness of the half-round when you configure.
Can you make a D-shape where only one side is curved?+
Yes — a semi circle is exactly that: a flat straight edge with a curved front. If your seat is a shallower D-shape rather than a true half-round, give us the straight-edge width and the depth to the curve and we cut to it.
How long does it take to arrive?+
Everything is made to order. Your lead time is shown before you pay, not after, and the tracking link arrives the moment it leaves the workshop.
Can I order the cover only, or just the foam?+
Yes — full cushion, cover only, or bare foam cut to the curve, through the same configurator and the same checkout. If the pad has gone soft but the cover is still good, foam-only is usually all you need.
How do I clean it?+
Covers unzip and most fabrics sponge clean; for anything set in, a soft brush with mild soapy water and air drying does it. Care instructions for your specific fabric come in the box.
