What foam works for a cushion that's a seat and a bed?
A firm high-density core keeps you supported when it's a seat, while a softer top layer adds mattress comfort for sleeping. Around 4″ total is a common sweet spot for van beds. You choose the firmness and thickness when you customize.
Can you cut notches for wheel arches and angled walls?
Yes. We make L-shaped, notched, trapezoid and angled pieces, so cushions wrap around wheel wells and follow your van's curved walls exactly. Send a photo of an odd section and we'll confirm before cutting.
Can I get removable, washable covers?
Yes — add zip-off covers so you can wash them after muddy or coastal trips. Choose a breathable weave to help manage the condensation vans are prone to.
Do you make cushions for modular or fold-out beds?
Yes. List each panel of your bed and bench and we cut them to lay flat together, with hinges where needed. Tell us how the bed folds and we size the sections to line up.
