We build the L as one flowing piece or matched sections, hand-cut so the cushion follows the hull line with no gap at the corner.
For marine seating, choose high-density foam wrapped in marine-grade, fade- and mildew-resistant fabric from our fabric library. Measure both legs of the L — length, depth and thickness of each — and note which side meets the hull. Add ties and non-slip backing to hold position underway. Which fills can I choose for a custom L-shaped boat cushion?
The configurator offers three fill types: High Density Foam, Fiber Fill and Cover Only. Cover Only is a custom-sewn cover for your own foam or to replace an old cover.
Can I add a matching back cushion to an L-shaped boat cushion?
Yes. The configurator has an optional backrest step with three backrest types: Solid Foam, CNC Ergonomic and Fiber Fill.
Can I return a made-to-measure L-shaped boat cushion if I change my mind?

- Clean the whole panel, seam to seam, to avoid water rings.
- Dry everything completely before storage or reuse.
- Plump, rotate and swap cushion positions weekly.

- Never machine-dry outdoor or velvet covers.

- Avoid rubbing in circles — it spreads and sets stains.
