Replacement papasan cushions made to fit your bowl chair — the big round cushions that flatten and fade long before the frame gives out. Measure the diameter of your papasan frame and we build a cushion cut so it seats properly in the bowl without sliding or gapping at the rim.
For outdoor papasans choose high-density foam or a generous fiber fill that keeps its loft, wrapped in fade- and water-resistant outdoor fabric from our fabric range so it survives the patio season. Prefer a plush sink-in feel? Choose a softer fiberfill blend. Measure across the widest point of the frame and note the depth of the bowl, then your exact price shows on screen instantly — no quote. Which fills can I choose for a custom papasan cushion?

Can I return a made-to-measure papasan cushion if I change my mind?
Made-to-measure items cannot be returned for change of mind. Statutory rights for faulty goods are unaffected. The fit guarantee window is 14 days from delivery.

- Clean the whole panel, seam to seam, to avoid water rings.
- Dry everything completely before storage or reuse.
- Plump, rotate and swap cushion positions weekly.

- Never machine-dry outdoor or velvet covers.
- No pressure washers — they break down fabric coatings.
- Avoid rubbing in circles — it spreads and sets stains.
- Skip fabric softeners and scented detergents.
- Never leave foam in direct sun for more than a few hours.
- Don't store cushions damp or sealed in plastic.
