We cut to exactly the numbers you send us — nothing is deducted, nothing rounded up. So they are worth taking slowly.

Measure the seat it sits on
A banquette run, a bay-window return, a staircase landing, a bench set against a wall — measure the seat base the cushion will sit on, so the taper follows the furniture, not a guess.

Take the wide end, the narrow end and the depth
An angled seat is wider at one end than the other. Write the width at the wide end, the width at the narrow end, and the depth between them — and note which side slants. That is the whole shape.

Odd angle? Trace it and send a photo
A wall that runs well off square, a curved return, a landing that isn't a simple taper — trace the seat on paper or send a photo, and we'll confirm the exact slope before we cut.

Cheap cushions are filled with shredded or re-bonded offcuts: firm in week one, sagging by month six. Yours is cut from a single high-density block.
Density is how long it lasts. Firmness is how it feels. We publish ours; most sellers don't.

What does the 14-day fit guarantee cover?+
It covers our side of the job. We cut the foam to the measurements on your order exactly — nothing is deducted or rounded — and every order is checked by hand before it's cut. If what arrives doesn't match those numbers, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we cut you a new one, free. The window starts the day it reaches your door, not the day you order. If the space was measured wrong, that isn't covered — but send a photo or a paper trace before you order and we'll help you get the two widths and the slope right.
How firm should an angled bench cushion be?+
A daily-use banquette or window seat wants to hold its tapered shape under weight, so seat pieces are cut firm from high-density foam; a decorative or occasional seat can be a little softer. You set the exact thickness of each piece when you configure.
How long does it take to arrive?+
Everything is made to order. Your lead time is shown before you pay, not after, and the tracking link arrives the moment it leaves the workshop.
Can I order the cover only, or just the foam?+
Yes — full cushion, cover only, or bare foam cut to the taper, through the same configurator and the same checkout. If a piece has gone soft but the cover is still good, foam-only is usually all you need.
Can you match a wall that isn't a right angle?+
Yes — that's exactly what this shape is for. We cut the slanted edge to the two end widths and the depth you give, or template it from your own paper trace, so the cushion sits tight against an out-of-square wall.
