What is a clipped corner (clipped trapezoid) cushion?
It is a cushion with one or two front corners cut off at an angle instead of square. This suits boat bows, corner benches and bay windows where a 90-degree corner would overhang the base or block a walkway. It is sometimes called a clipped trapezoid.
How do I measure a clipped corner cushion?
Measure the front width, the back width, the depth front-to-back, and the length of each angled clip, then choose the thickness. Tell us whether one or both corners are clipped. A photo with the clipped edges marked helps us cut it exactly.
Can you clip just one corner, or clip them unequally?
Yes. One corner, two corners, or two clips of different lengths — each angle is cut to the measurement you give, to ±1 cm. For unusual angles, send a paper trace on WhatsApp.
Foam or fiberfill for a clipped corner cushion?
High-density or outdoor dry-fast foam holds the angled shape and suits boat and daily-use seats; fiberfill is softer for a decorative indoor corner. Both are options when you customize.
