What shapes and sizes can you cut?
Rectangles, squares, circles, ovals, L-shapes, U-shapes, trapezoids, wedges, tapered and angled pieces — 22 shapes in all, cut to ±1 cm of the measurements you enter. Unsure? Send a photo or sketch on WhatsApp and we confirm before cutting.
How thick can the foam be?
From thin ½ inch sheets up to deep seat and mattress blocks several inches thick. For very deep pieces we bond layers to reach the height you need — just enter the thickness you want.
Which foam is right for my project?
Seating and benches need high-density foam that holds its shape; backs, headboards and toppers use softer grades; boats, patios and pool areas need dry-fast reticulated foam. Unsure? Message us on WhatsApp and we match the grade to the use.
Is there a minimum, and how is it shipped?
No minimum — order a single small piece or several large panels. Foam is cut to order, vacuum-compressed and shipped worldwide with free, tracked delivery; it expands to full size within a day of opening, and every order has a 14-day fit guarantee.
