What foam density should I choose?
For seats that carry weight, high-density foam (around 1.8–2.5 lb) holds up for years without sagging. Backs, headboards and toppers can use a softer, lower-density foam. For outdoor use, pick reticulated dry-fast foam that drains water. Each option is in the customizer.
Can you cut foam to a shape, not just a rectangle?
Yes. Along with rectangles and squares we cut circles, ovals, L-shapes, trapezoids, wedges and angled corners to your measurements — ideal for window seats, boats and built-in benches. Unsure it can be cut in one piece? Send a photo on WhatsApp.
Is there a minimum order or size limit?
No minimum order. We cut small foam blocks up to large seat and mattress panels; very long pieces may ship in sections you butt together. Every cut is to ±1 cm of your numbers.
Do I get a cover or just the foam?
This line is foam only — perfect for reupholstery and DIY projects. If you'd like a made-to-measure cover too, choose a full cushion instead and pick from our 1,000+ fabrics.
How is the foam shipped and how long does it take?
Foam is cut to order, vacuum-compressed to save space and shipped worldwide with free, tracked delivery. It expands back to full size within a day of opening. Lead time shows at checkout and every order has a 14-day fit guarantee.
