We cut to exactly the numbers you send us — nothing is deducted, nothing rounded up. So they are worth taking slowly.

Measure the space the foam fills
A sofa seat, a headboard, a window bench, a boat berth — measure the frame or the old pad, so the new block fits the space, not a guess.

Read it at both ends, write the smaller
Frames and recesses are rarely square. Measure the width at the back and again at the front, then write down the smaller of the two so the foam still sits flush.

Cheap cushions are filled with shredded or re-bonded offcuts: firm in week one, sagging by month six. Yours is cut from a single high-density block.
Density is how long it lasts. Firmness is how it feels. We publish ours; most sellers don't.

What does the 14-day fit guarantee cover?+
It covers our side of the job. We cut the foam to the measurements on your order exactly — nothing is deducted or rounded — and every order is checked by hand before it's cut. If what arrives doesn't match those numbers, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we cut you a new one, free. The window starts the day it reaches your door, not the day you order. If the space was measured wrong, that isn't covered — but send a photo before you order and we'll help you get the numbers right.
Which foam grade should I choose?+
Seats that carry weight want high-density foam so they hold their shape for years; backs, headboards and toppers can be softer; benches and beds want a firmer block. For damp or outdoor spots, pick a dry-fast foam that drains water. You set the grade and the exact thickness of each piece when you configure.
How long does it take to arrive?+
Everything is cut to order. Your lead time is shown before you pay, not after; foam ships vacuum-compressed and springs back to full size within a day of opening, and the tracking link arrives the moment it leaves the workshop.
Can I get just the foam, or a cover too?+
Yes — bare foam cut to size for reupholstery and DIY, or a full cushion with a made-to-measure cover, through the same configurator and the same checkout. If a seat has gone soft but the cover is still good, foam-only is usually all you need.
Can you cut a shape, not just a rectangle?+
Yes — circles, ovals, L-shapes, trapezoids, wedges and angled corners, all cut to your measurements for window seats, boats and built-in benches. Not sure it can be cut in one piece? Send a photo on WhatsApp first and we'll confirm.
