What size foam should I order to fit my existing cover?

Measure the cover flat and order the foam to the same length and width, then add about ½″ to each dimension so the foam fills the corners tightly. Order the thickness the cover is designed for. Unsure? Send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before we cut.
