We cut to exactly the numbers you send us — nothing is deducted, nothing rounded up. So they are worth taking slowly.

Measure the cover or seat it fills
A sofa cushion cover, a window-seat pad, a chair base, an RV bunk — measure the space the insert fills, so the foam fits the cover, not a guess.

Lay the cover flat, take the fuller size
Covers and cushion boxes are rarely perfectly square. Measure the length and width with it laid flat, then work from the fuller reading so the foam fills the corners tightly.

Cheap cushions are filled with shredded or re-bonded offcuts: firm in week one, sagging by month six. Yours is cut from a single high-density block.
Density is how long it lasts. Firmness is how it feels. We publish ours; most sellers don't.

What does the 14-day fit guarantee cover?+
It covers our side of the job. We cut the foam to the measurements on your order exactly — nothing is deducted or rounded — and every order is checked by hand before it's cut. If what arrives doesn't match those numbers, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we cut you a new one, free. The window starts the day it reaches your door, not the day you order. If the space was measured wrong, that isn't covered — but send a photo before you order and we'll help you get the numbers right.
What size insert should I order to fit my existing cover?+
Lay the cover flat and measure its length and width, then add about ½″ to each so the foam fills the corners tightly. Order the thickness the cover was made for. Not sure? Send a photo before you order and we'll confirm the numbers before we cut.
Which foam should I choose for a bare insert?+
High-density foam holds its shape for years and suits seats, sofas and window seats in daily use. For anything that gets wet — patio, boat, poolside — pick quick-draining dry-fast foam so water passes straight through. You set the exact thickness when you configure.
Can you cut foam inserts in odd shapes?+
Yes — beyond rectangles we cut rounds, L-shapes, trapezoids, wedges, bolsters, kidneys and more, to your exact measurements. If it's unusual, send a photo and we'll tell you which numbers we need.
How is the foam shipped and how long does it take?+
Everything is made to order and shipped worldwide with free, tracked delivery, often vacuum-compressed to save space — it expands to full size within a few hours of opening. Your lead time is shown before you pay, not after, and the tracking link arrives the moment it leaves the workshop.
