How do I measure if my old cushions are falling apart?
Measure the plywood or fiberglass base, not the collapsed foam, plus the backrest height and the thickness you want, rounding to the nearest ¼ inch. Every cushion is cut to ±1 cm. Guide: measuring boat & RV cushions. Or send photos on WhatsApp and we'll size the set for you.
What foam holds up best on a pontoon?
Dry-fast reticulated foam is the top choice — its open cells let water drain straight through so seats dry fast after rain or splashing. For covered helm seats that stay dry, high-density marine foam gives firmer, longer-lasting support. Choose either in the customizer.
Do you make wrap-around and L-shaped lounge cushions?
Yes. Our configurator handles L-shaped, U-shaped, curved and trapezoid pieces, so corner loungers and wrap-around bench layouts are cut to your exact angles.
Can I replace just a few cushions or the whole set?
Both. Order a single worn bench cushion or a full re-do of every seat and lounger. Because each piece is made to your exact measurements, replacements match your factory dimensions even if your model is discontinued.
