How do I measure my rattan set so the fit is right?

Measure the seat width and depth and the back panel height of each frame, rounding to the nearest cm or ¼ inch. Every cushion is cut to ±1 cm. Unsure? Send a photo of the set on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the measurements before we make it.

Can you make cushions for a full rattan sofa set?

Yes. Enter the seat and back dimensions for each piece — corner sofa, armchairs, footstool — and the customizer sizes the whole set at once, all cut to match.

How thick should a rattan cushion be?

Low indoor rattan chairs feel best with a 2–3″ seat cushion; deeper garden rattan sofas usually take 4″ so you don't feel the frame. You choose the exact thickness in the customizer.

Foam or fiberfill for rattan furniture?

High-density foam gives firm, supportive seating that holds its shape — best for everyday and outdoor use. Fiberfill is softer and more relaxed, nice for decorative indoor rattan. Both are options.
