How do I measure for a round cushion?

Measure straight across the widest part of the seat to get the diameter. If the seat is slightly oval, measure both the long and short way and give us both — we cut the exact oval instead of a circle, to ±1 cm.

Can you make an exact circle, not an approximate one?

Yes. You enter the precise diameter and we cut a true round to ±1 cm. If your seat isn't perfectly round, send a photo or a paper template on WhatsApp and we cut to it.
