We cut to exactly the numbers you send us — nothing is deducted, nothing rounded up. So they are worth taking slowly.

Measure each module, one at a time
A corner unit, an armless seat, a chaise, a wedge — measure the seat deck each cushion sits on, so the foam fits the module, not a guess.

Read it at both ends, write the smaller
Seat decks and frames are rarely square. Measure the width at the back and again at the front of each module, then write down the smaller of the two so the cushion still sits flush.

A curved corner, an angled wedge, an L-shaped or U-shaped sectional — send a photo and we'll tell you exactly which measurements we need from you.

Cheap cushions are filled with shredded or re-bonded offcuts: firm in week one, sagging by month six. Yours is cut from a single high-density block.
Density is how long it lasts. Firmness is how it feels. We publish ours; most sellers don't.

Questions people actually ask
What does the 14-day fit guarantee cover?+
It covers our side of the job. We cut the foam to the measurements on your order exactly — nothing is deducted or rounded — and every order is checked by hand before it's cut. If what arrives doesn't match those numbers, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we cut you a new one, free. The window starts the day it reaches your door, not the day you order. If the space was measured wrong, that isn't covered — but send a photo before you order and we'll help you get the numbers right.
My sectional is discontinued — can you still match it?+
Yes. Because every cushion is cut to the measurements you enter, we don't need the brand or model — we rebuild each module to your exact size and shape, even for sets that are no longer sold. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the fit before we make it.
Can I replace one worn module, or the whole set?+
Both — full cushion, cover only, or bare foam cut to size, for a single sagging seat or every piece, through the same configurator and the same checkout. If you're refreshing just one module, order a free swatch first so the new fabric blends with the rest.
Do you make the corner, wedge and chaise pieces?+
Yes — square corners, angled wedges, chaise tops and armless rectangles are all cut to the dimensions you enter, so the modules sit flush with no gaps. You set the exact thickness of each piece when you configure.
How do I clean it?+
Covers unzip and most fabrics sponge clean; for anything set in, a soft brush with mild soapy water and air drying does it. Care instructions for your specific fabric come in the box.
