How do I specify the wedge angle?
You don't need to work out the degrees — just give us the two thicknesses (the tall edge and the short edge) with the width and length. The difference between them creates the slope, and we cut the exact taper. Unsure? Send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before we make it.
Foam or fiberfill for a wedge?
High-density foam is best — it holds the angle firmly and won't slump into a flat pad, which is the whole point of a wedge. Fiberfill only suits a very soft, decorative back wedge. Both are options when you customize.
Can you make a wedge that's angled front-to-back and boxed on the sides?
Yes — you choose the taper direction and can add a boxed, piped edge for a tailored finish. These are the same shapes local upholsterers quote for weeks. Send a photo if your slope is unusual and we'll template it.
