What size cushion fits a standard Euro pallet?

A Euro pallet measures 120 × 80 cm, so a full seat cushion is usually cut to about 120 × 80 cm with a thickness of 8–12 cm for real comfort — cut to ±1 cm of your numbers. Because every cushion is made to your entered size, UK/US pallets and cut-down pallets are handled just as easily. Unsure? Send a photo on WhatsApp and we confirm before making it.

Can I get matching seat and back cushions?

Yes. Order the deep seat pads and the upright back cushions in the same fabric to complete a pallet sofa or corner set. Add ties so the back cushions stay against the pallet and the seats don't slide.

How thick should a pallet seat cushion be, and will it survive outdoors?

Pallet slats are hard, so go generous: 8–12 cm (roughly 3–5″) of firm foam gives proper sofa comfort; back cushions can be slimmer. Choose our dry-fast outdoor foam and a water-resistant, UV-stable fabric and the set drains and dries after rain rather than holding water.
